How to Link or Invite a Lender in Padzilly

If you have a Padzilly account linked to your email and you don’t yet have a lender associated, you can invite your lender to join the platform or link to one that is already registered.

Where to do this?

1. Go to the Profile section in your account.

2. Click on the "Add Lender" option.

3. You only need to enter your lender’s name and email address.

What happens next?

• If your lender already has a Padzilly account, you will be automatically linked with them.

• If they do not have an account yet, an invitation email will be sent for them to join Padzilly. Once they register, they will be automatically linked to you.

We recommend that you communicate with your lender before performing this action to ensure they are prepared to receive the invitation or linking request.

Can I change or remove my lender?

From the same section, you can:

• Change your lender at any time by repeating the process of adding a new one.

• Remove the link with your current lender.

However, changing or removing your lender is not recommended if you already have a loan created in Padzilly or are actively in the property search and approval process, as it could affect the continuity of your process.
