The Favorites section in Padzilly lets you save and organize the properties you’re most interested in, so you can review them later or share them with your lender.

 Important: To save properties and use the Favorites section, you must first create a Padzilly account linked to your email address. If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up through our website.

What Can You Do in This Section?

View and Sort Saved Properties

You'll find a complete list of all the properties you've marked as favorites. You can sort them by:

• Price

• Lot or property size

• Year built

• Number of bedrooms

• Other available filters

This helps you compare and evaluate properties more effectively.

Compare Properties Side by Side

Select multiple properties to view them in a side-by-side comparison, which is great for analyzing differences in size, price, or features.

Direct Access to the Browser Extension

Within this section, you’ll find a link to install Padzilly’s official browser extension. This tool allows you to import properties from Realtor or Zillow directly into your Padzilly account. The imported listings will automatically appear in your Favorites section.

Collaborate with Your Lender

If you have a lender linked to your Padzilly account, they can access your saved properties and assist you more professionally. From there, they can:

• Adjust key values using the OfferPro tool

• Generate and print custom pre-qualification letters

This streamlines your home buying process and improves communication between you and your lender.
