How to Import Properties from Other Real Estate Platforms (B1124-019)
As Padzilly continues to expand its nationwide coverage, some areas may still not have available property listings on our platform. But that doesn’t mean you can’t work with properties in those regions.
The solution: Import properties from external sites
You can import properties from real estate websites like Realtor.com or Zillow and manage them directly within your Padzilly account.
Requirements to Import Properties
Before getting started, make sure you meet the following requirements:
Have an active Padzilly account linked to your email address.
Use a desktop or laptop computer (this feature is not supported on mobile devices).
Use a compatible browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Opera.
Steps to Import Properties
Log in to Padzilly with your account.
Go to the Favorites section.
Click the button to import properties.
There, you’ll find the link to install Padzilly’s official browser extension.
Install the extension and log in using your Padzilly credentials.
Visit Realtor.com or Zillow.com and open any property you’re interested in.
Click the "Send to Padzilly" button in the extension widget.
Done! The property will be sent directly to your Favorites section in Padzilly.
Helpful Tips
Be sure to refresh the Padzilly tab or page after importing properties to ensure the newly added listings appear correctly.
You can use Padzilly tools like OfferPro on any imported property—regardless of the original website.
This feature allows you to track all potential homes in one place, making it easier to organize and compare your options.
Conclusion
Importing properties from other sites gives you more flexibility to explore homes outside of Padzilly’s current coverage areas. With this feature, you can apply your pre-approval, compare listings, and use Padzilly’s tools with any property you find—even if it didn’t originate on our platform.
