How to Import Properties from Other Real Estate Platforms (B1124-019)

As Padzilly grows to full nationwide coverage, there are areas where we are not yet displaying home listings. In these cases, we offer a super easy workaround: Padzilly can import properties from other real estate websites like Realtor.com or Zillow. Doing this allows you to apply your approval to home we may not yet be live on Padzilly.  Here’s how:

For the website version of Padzilly;

Step 1: When viewing the property on Zillow or Realtor.com. copy the URL of the property listing

Step 2: In Padzilly, click the Import icon at the top right of the screen to open the import window.

Step 3: Paste the copied URL into the input field and click Import.

Step 4: The property will be added to your list of saved properties, where you can view it along with the financial details provided by Padzilly.

For the mobile version of Padzilly;

Step 1: Find the property in either the Zillow or Realtor.com app

Step 2: Use the native SHARE feature of your device to sent the property to Padzilly which should be listed as a shareable location

Step 3: The property will be added to your list of saved properties, where you can view it along with the financial details provided by Padzilly.

This feature ensures you can keep track of, and user OfferPro on all potential homes in one place, regardless of where you originally found them.
